Vision Board

The values I carry as a business owner are accountability, boldness, collaboration, continuous improvement, honesty, humility, innovation, integrity, making a difference, passion, persistence, self-improvement, teamwork, transparency, and trust. Music to me is important. At the core of our everyday experience with music, we use it to relax, express ourselves, come to terms with our emotions, and generally improve our well-being. Throughout my business, I work with a very diverse population. Not only was I involved effectively with people from many ethnic and cultural backgrounds, but those people also have very different family backgrounds and life situations. I learned to be open-minded. People come from all walks of life, so to treat them as if they have some sort of deficit (a lack or impairment in an ability or functional capacity) is not the answer. However, to be flexible and design my curriculums that favor their interests, is a must. Each person will know that they matter.
My plans also regard inclusivity (the practice or policy of providing equal access to opportunities and resources for people who might otherwise be excluded or marginalized, such as those having physical or intellectual disabilities or belonging to other minority groups.) are to involve all people equally, supplying all. Understanding bias and building awareness is important to Nickel G. We love to collab with many people and diverse businesses to raise the initiative of open mindness with inclusivity.
